INACTIVE STORAGE
Inactive storage is recommended for older records and files. Boxes entering our facility are bar-coded and descripted into our system. When you are needing items from these boxes you will request the box -either from your list or by informing the ARSC personnel of the description of the box contents.
The intake cost for this type box is low, the cost is incurred when you are locating files. Clerical labor to search the containers can be either at your office or at our facility.
Inactive Storage is recommended only for the records you do not expect ot access -except in special instances.
