Active File Management
Active file management is our premier service. Every file entering ARSC is bar-coded and data entered into our tracking software. You choose the data items you want entered.
By coding all files we are able to give you an exact count of your files - and the location of the file at any time. When records are ordered from our facility we are able to locate them immediately and they are out on the next delivery.
Initial intake costs for active file management is higher, but retrieval rates fall greatly and it helps you lower your employee cost. There is no lost time looking for old files.
